It's really going to depend on your local marker/where you're located. In my experience locally $400 is the high end if you actually want to make a sale on a used LP Custom. With the right buyer I'd maybe call the high end $450 for that particular model due to rarity and (if it's as clean as it looks) condition.

Those numbers don't really mean anything outside my local area though, they may or may not be the same and that's Canadian Pesos. Most parts of Canada I've lived those numbers are about the same, but in more populated areas and larger cities with a busier used market they go down.

The Epiphone "Custom Shop" badge is purely marketing. They're built alongside the rest and go through the same process, they're just being introduced to sell on what is typically a sales-based basis. Some last months if they don't sell, some have lasted years if they do. It just means that the finish or some element of the specs is not in line with the "regular" core models.

Edit to add: that is a seriously beautiful guitar, and I'm truly sorry to hear you'll have to sell it.

    Not even this....

those 'Custom-Shop' models get the stamp for different color or something like this.
They are made side by side with all the other Epi models.
same materials, same machines, same people

and the 'flame top' is just a veneer

    nonetheless a nice guitar

    and of course

    Welcome here @ €piTalk

Yeah about the Custom Shop logo. I have it on my $84 Special 1. It's now customised, but wasn't when I bought it.
