    Welcome to Epiphone-Talk.

NAMM happens twice per year, in the winter and summer. Or, as Google Translate says:

    Selamat datang ke Epiphone-Talk

NAMM berlaku dua kali setahun, pada musim sejuk dan musim panas

The initial question was "is this still happening in 2020?" I assume "this" refers to NAMM. I'm not sure why @dniellsoft posted in Malay. Good food in Malaysia, though.

I really try hard not to hold it against Epiphone but am I the only one who thinks Dr. Epiphone is a doofus?

Does the guy even play guitar because I've yet to see him ever pick one up and play in a demo video and he seems to struggle with product knowledge unless he's reading from a script.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but surely Epi could come up with a better spokesperson for there products than a cartoonish Dr. Epiphone.

AFAIK he's a better player than (probably) most of us here....:naughty:

The post is ~ 5 years old
I don't know if he still is working for Epiphone :hmm:

He get's (or got) paid for talking about Epis - not for playing them

Check some Sweetwater demos. Unless they're all 5 years old as well he's in everyone one I've watched. And if they have replaced him I could only see that as being a positive.

And AFAIK doesn't really tell us much. Have you actually seen him play in a demo or otherwise? I never have so that's why I asked.

I can sing and play too. Maybe I should go lookin' for a side job.

Need something other than a lab coat though. Maybe a pipe and a tweed jacket and I can be Professor Whoever. LOL

Sorry, I just think the Dr. Epiphone character is too cartoonish to be taken seriously. JMHO
