Are they still being made? I thought they were discontinued.

if I find one for the right price - yes

there is one in Germany for 849€ - that's too much
and another one in France for 699€ - thats too risky with shipping and returning if necessary

Honestly, and bear with me I'm trying not to be too biased, but the premium one I own is a step way above my other Epiphones.

The tone is super clean sounding and the finish is great. My Epi LP standard is pretty decent being stock, but the ES-175 blows it out of the water as far as tone. Different animal, of course, but the sound is great.

The ES-175 is a great guitar but unfortunately I play sitting down and a wide body guitar is very uncomfortable for me to play.

I was eyeing one up, but the casino I saw really caught my eye. That, and I didn’t have a P90 guitar yet! Haha

After all the parts I had to put in my 4 wheeler my buying is limited for awhile. I still want a ES339 humbucker version really bad.

You can’t go wrong with one of those! I have one on my hit list, right next to another LP and the 175
