    25 C and I’m loving Autumn!

Not appropriate to call it “Fall” as we only have one deciduous native tree in Oz.

As long as the brown goes down, I don't care which way it twists. This is a single bathroom house!

It's been 7C today & according to the BBC weather site it's going back down to zero over the next week......Deep Joy. :frown:
The easterly wind has been blowing had & feels much colder than 7C.

26 C here today and warming over the weekend.

BBQ last night and again tonight most likely and perhaps a wood oven roast on Sunday?

Making the most of what little daylight savings time we have left. Changes on April 1.

    A cooler cycle following that.

Serious rain and lighting storm last night which was awesome to watch, and today it was 55F and sunny. Amazing how fast the grass starts to turn green after a good lightning storm..

Please, please, can you send us serious rain?

Instead we have heat and wind and tinder dry conditions bringing serious bushfire weather this weekend. I had hope this was all behind us for the season but not so apparently.

    33 C or 91 F for a high today!

We have an extremely windy and hot day this Sunday and fires across the west of the state as we speak. Evacuating your home in the face of fire is as scary as hell....we’ve done it 3 times in the past. There are a couple of outbreaks here in the east but nothing in the immediate area....yet.

This is unusual weather for this time of year.

    29 C and another “inside” day I guess....Sigh~

It was too hot to cook outside last night but we love being out there so much that we did it anyway.

As soon as we’d eaten we came in, as we don’t enjoy sitting out with sweat running down our faces.

    Go away heat and wind!

That must be scary as heck to have fires raging around you & there's not much you can do about it. I hope the situation gets better for you guys down there.

Steady on there Digger you'll have a suntan like mine if you have to keep staying indoors :thumb:

It's another cold snowy day here in Lancs, It's zero C and we've still got that perishing strong north easterly wind. :frown:

Looks like it'll be a nice day today,(Sunday) followed by mild storms for the next couple which will cool things down to my preferred levels again. The good news is it looks like I'll be able to wear a cotton concert T-shirt to the Alice Cooper show without getting all soggy.

It'll be the current members only from what I understand, but I could watch Nita Strauss play a ukulele happily.

Fires took out about a dozen houses in the west of the state yesterday but thankfully nothing in my area at this stage. It was awful yesterday, hot and crazy windy!

Here’s a photo taken out of the living room of my daughter Kellie’s new house to show what the lakes were like yesterday arvo. Not much of a pic sorry as i had my iPad cranked up to max zoom.

Cool here too fellas! Just 18 C and possibility of showers.

Good day for working in fact.

I’m doing final prep and packing on my boat as were heading off down the coast on Thursday. Away for a week with best friends and there may be some fishing involved.....grin~
