Bella would hate that! (the noise that is)

21C and we are expecting thunder storms and a 90% chance of up to 10mm of rain.

    Let ‘er rip Huey!

Glad I got the lawns mowed yesterday.

Yeah unfortunately a lot of pets have a bad time of it.

Another beautiful sunny Autumnal day here with a high of 12C.

Mrs Eggs & I have road tripped from Sydney to Brisbane, via Thunderbolt’s (a gentleman bushranger) Way and the New England Hwy, to visit friends for a few days... Up to 38C temperature along the way made stopovers a little uncomfortable, but we found a great pub in Tenterfield to ‘water the horse’...

We had dinner at the Commercial Hotel almost as soon as we arrived & a quick breakfast (good coffee) at a cafe the pub recommended in the morning, so we missed the pie shop... But I ‘picked’ a really nice old Chinese ceramic tea caddy & a large woven (very possibly Aboriginal) basket, which we subsequently filled with Granite Belt wines and gourmet & fresh foods we collected along the way as a gift for our Brisbane hosts.

    Let it rain :fingersx:

I don't drink coffee either, always have a pot of tea on the go here.

I think this must be the Indian Summer they were talking about, We've got a high of 13C today, it's dark windy & raining though.

I am not sure that a high of 13C represents summer in any shape or form!

Came home from visiting friends yesterday and promptly lit the fire, it was bloody freezing!

Shouldn’t need fires this time of year!

    Expecting 18C here today.

I wish we could have a month of wet days...Sigh~

However it’s a very pretty morning here with a top of 20 C predicted. A good day for tractor work and slashing the paddocks.

Our road trip continues with a cloudy, but probably rainless, 22C today... Other than a couple of nice items for my Grandchild to be, the ‘picking’ was terrible in Brisbane & down the coast yesterday, so we’re really hoping to ‘strike gold’ today.

It's not suntan weather here today:D, we have a high of 10C with a blustery wind and heavy rain, I was going to do some gardening and put the Autumn lawn feed on the grass but i don't fancy a soaking.

Got a bit warm yesterday out in the paddocks on the tractor yesterday. We feel the sun at lower temperatures more than other places being closer to the ozone hole over the antarctic.

Out there again today most likely as I’m not even half way through cleaning things up.

22C expected and once again it’s a pretty morning.
