Beautiful place there  Yes it would be a strange magnificent thing to see if it occured in daylight.

Nothing on the scale of that o the Lancs Riviera :D Grey clouds as far as the eye can see with a high of 17C today.
I think the chances of getting an "Indian Summer" with some nice weather are slim to nothing as we go into late Summer here.
My missus is already putting the central heating on in the evenings.

It won't be as "cool" as you think.

There's nothing cool about what these folks went through - even though they disobeyed an evacuation order because they thought "it wouldn't be so bad" or whatever.
Be smart, be safe. Don't drive your cousin's Jeep out on the beach to get video....

16C here today and late thunderstorms!

And so it starts! Catastrophic bushfires in QLD and bad fires in NSW.

This the earliest I can remember.

Just 13C top expected today and strong cold wind! Might be a day for working in the shed?

Catastrophic bushfires are ravaging NSW and QLD at the moment and it’s so very early for them to be so bad. This never ending dry is the problem. Our turn soon I expect.

That's bad news, My mate over in Queensland was saying yesterday how out of whack the weather is getting & said Winter seems to be a thing of the past.

It's a grey dank rainy day here, surprise surprise with a high of 14C today.

It’s going to be an awful fire season what with no water!

Your mate in Queensland would be well aware if that at this early part of the season.

Bella blew off her chain today and I had to walk 4 blocks away to get her back. Bring the kennel was a bit awkward though~

Today was unpleasantly warm I suspect we'll have a false fall shortly before the nut steaming in mid October.
