Brrrrr! Top of 13 C here today which is what about 54 F?

However it's a clear blue sky ATM, a pretty morning for half way through our Winter!

There are showers predicted but I'll believe that when I hear rain on the roof.

I'll go and split some more firewood to warm myself up.

That jacket was a chick magnet. Wasn't a "fashion weight" mall turd either, proper leather.

Nice breakfast LP! Will be going for the sausage and tomato toastie myself :D whoever invented microwavable sausages deserves a medal :naughty:

Was contemplating going fishing, but think I'll stay in and work on some guitars instead...

Cool this morning @ 1 C but shaping up for another glorious Winter's day here and a top of 17 C.

I'm probably going to try and get one last load of firewood today though I would have liked something easy but that probably won't be the case. One more should do for the year, and then I can get on with pruning fruit trees which will take 'till the end of the month, as there are about 80 to do.

We've got that. They're called tourists. In winter, we get "snowbirds" usually Canadians - unfortunately for me, they all go to hockey games and comment about how "cheap" the tickets are. Dumb@$$3$. Keep talking like that and they'll jack up the prices.

You realize I'm gonna have to call you Snowman from here on out, right? 'Cause you seem to be melting. How you can breaking much of a sweat at those cool temps and not be made of snow is beyond me.

My legs are brown 2/3rds of the year and I hate coming out of Winter with them white!

My arms are never covered so at least they are brown all the time.

This is a very mild Winter this year and I'm loving being able to get some heavy work done without dying of heat exhaustion.

I've finished my firewood splitting and am now looking for more to do as I really love the hard work! Might get another load today??

There is a cooler front passing by and we are expecting a top of 14 C and maybe a shower or two. I really wish it would pour for a couple of hours though as it's very dry.

Sometimes when we come out of El Nino we get a dry period followed by a flood, perhaps that will happen this year?

I managed to add the metric stuff to the window without having to switch back and forth.
