Read some marvelous write-ups about this guitar. Is it really the best Epiphone guitar ???

I pulled the trigger on this guy. Should arrive next week. Hoping it's what it's cracked up to be. I was very disappointed with several of my Epi LPC purchases.

I don't think you'll be disappointed, I've yet to read a bad review.

Great choice. The Tribute + is at the top of my "want list". I think you'll be very happy.

At the moment I only have 1 Epiphone LPC. Purchased new last January ... alpine white.

I also picked up an LPC Prophecy, LPC Black Beauty 3 HB, and another LPC Black tuxedo. None of them stuck. Sold/traded these three. They simply weren't what I was looking for ... it's hard to please because my first guitar at age 14 was an alpine white Gibson Les Paul Custom, which I sold when I was 18. Been chasing it for years.

I'm hoping the Epi LP 60's Tribute will bring me closer to that original Gibson LPC.

My next stop is going to be an FGN ... but at the moment, I can't afford $1200.

I'm excited. I got a good deal on this guy. :)

Congrats. I'm very pleased with mine. Is that the midnight ebony under bright light?

It must be. I checked, and ME is the only finish with black knobs. All the rest have amber knobs. I replaced mine with cream.

It's next week now. Did you get it? Is it on the way? How far is it from your house?

It arrived the other day. Plays like butter. If I closed my eyes, I would think it was my Gibson LPC that I sold when I was 18 in 1988. It really brings me back to my teenage years.

Now what? Do I get the FGN? Heck, I may want another 1960's Tribute Plus. :)

ha ha. For the price of a Gibson LPC, I really can have a dozen of these guys.

Best Epi I've ever played. The Epi LPC's have always disappointed me. This guy is probably the closest thing to a true Gibson without spending $5000 on a true Gibson. :)

Maybe enjoy that guitar and then move to another?
I don't see a single reason to have so many mid-tiers.
