My best friend made a deal with me, He had this beautiful Gibson Les Paul Custom 1974 since we were 17 years old, it's the 1st les paul i played on back in the day. A few years ago my buddy wanted to sell it to me, he said he can't see anyone else than me with this guitar, he doesnt like the neck, it's almost fretless wich from what i have read was a std feature on 70's customs. He liked my 1985 STD so we swapped.... and i gave him some money. This 74 custom is hands down the best guitar i have ever played on, the feel, the sound.... It's hard to explain but somethings happen when I plug it in.

its the lowest fret I have ever seen on any guitar, I've made some research on the subject and it seems that it was standard on the customs 74 to 76, its like maximum 1mm and i know its not worn out, they are even all over the fretboard
