Will the trussrod adjustment work on the neck ?
MMmm I wonder how does it sound.. maybe fender should make a guitar out of it!!
But if anyone still want's this hung up his wall, I found the perfect tape for it!!!
Gah, the lengths corksniffers will go to. I've got some dried out old tape to sell too. Only $50.
Come on, don't destroy the market...
it should be at least x5 the price so everyone elses "investment" is safe!
Here: an old growth pot, naturally raised in the wild. air dryed for 50+ years.
Another great find (thanks to guitologist)
a pup selector, as useful as a spoon for switching pups, but beware the tones!!!!
Why get a WHOLE fender Guitar when you can have this?????
Honestly I do understand why old pieces of wood are desirable, but the rest of the junk.....
I would rush out and buy a $ 20,000 guitar and destroy it just to sell the parts also. However that would require a pull on the ole pipe or six.
or they should turn it into richlite board for a special edition LP that will cost 14k minimum!
It will be made out of Slash after all
This would be acceptable....if and ONLY if....one was doing a restoration of an otherwise perfect rare axe. Beyond that, no way.
That spoon would have had to have been used to eat Rice Krispies, because all you'd get from that switch is:
I would get nice modern stuff that are good quality and function properly
keep the change for something else,in my case some pieces of wood.
You can still get brand new Switchcraft, CTS, Bourns, and Oak Grigbsy stuff easily enough. Aside from moving to PureTone jacks, that's what I use for my projects.
I think I have reached my Slash saturation point!
I reached that point with Axl in the mid nineties....
Not until Slash gets one of these:
