Jack first let me compliment both your playing and for conducting a demo playing each guitar the way many of us would play both clean and with overdrive. Many don't bother with using that approach.
I've owned a Sheraton II and I currently own a Casino and my preference between these two matches your own and for the same reason. The Casino has a very unique voicing all of it's I have not found with any other guitar.
I'll also appreciate it's greater degree of clarity and for me it's actually a more versatile guitar than the Sheraton II was. Clean it has a nice chime to it and when pushed with some gain it has a nice edginess I like. The P90s are also very responsive to pick attack and picking location without having to constantly adjust volume and tone to alter it's basic voicings.
