Epiphone hummingbird would you send back?

I bought this epiphone hummingbird acoustic/electric from sweetwater and have never had any problems before this order. This guitar on the back has scratches all over the place. I honestly believe this is no way a new guitar maybe a demo. Also right at the sound hole where the fretboard meets looks absolutely horrid. Would you all send it back?

Absolutely send it back. Sweetwater should replace that no problem. This is why I sometimes poke fun at their 55-point inspection. They are a good company though and I would be very surprised if they didn't send you another one. Send those pics to your sales guy and make the bastards give you extra candy.

I don't live in the states anymore, but from what I gathered from various YouTubers, you should not only return it and also try asking for something - like a coupon for your next purchase or free strings etc...
