I've been reading the forum for a while but I haven't posted anything yet.
I currently have two Epiphones - a Casino Coupe and a Les Paul Special P90 which are both awesome guitars!

I'm looking forward to chatting with you all !

Welcome aboard!
That's two great guitars you have there. I'm considering a Casino Coupe myself. I like that smaller body size for noodling around the house & P90s!!!
Looking forward to more contributions and some photos once you work out how ridiculously small they have to be.

Yes, I haven't quite gotten the hang of posting photos...

The Casino Coupe feels and sounds wonderful! It's superlight (about 2,7 kg), very comfortable to hold, the D-shaped neck is not too big (it feels a bit smaller than the Epi Les Paul Standard I used to have) and the pickups are considered " very good pickups" by my luthier.
Upper fret access feels much better than on a Les Paul imo.

It sounds decent enough to play unplugged (but not to record with), so it's an excellent guitar for noodling.
Once you plug it in, it sounds and records beautifully.

The only thing I'm not crazy about is the fact that the frets are not medium jumbo as advertized by Epiphone, but they are smaller, more like vintage frets. On top of that, they were not fully levelled (hence my visit to the luthier's shop), the ends hurt and they also needed tons of polishing (they're fixed now). The Les Paul Special had imho better frets.

Anyway, I recommend a grippy strap with the Casino Coupe!

Hello, and welcome! Hope you'll have a pleasant stay. I find the easiest way to post pictures, is by loading them up to a third party image-host like e.g. Flickr and copy - paste the bb code link directly into the post.
