Muggy, mid 80's. More of the same.
Improving slightly, today 19C and some break from the rain and ridiculously high winds.
Sunny and cool. Never got above 75°/23°. And for those who wonder why I post F° and C°, it’s an effort to learn some parallel between the two, so I can relate to “Oi, it’s 35° and bloody hot!” Well, if I keep doing this, sooner or later it will sink in that 35°C is 95°F, and I can then say “Lightweight!”
LOL It's a mixture of both worlds here with the older generation still using the 'F' scale & Imperial measurements & the younger using 'C' & Metric.
A ballpark conversion is double the 'C' temp & add 30.
Miserable day here, It's dark dank & raining which looks like it's set in for the day according to the weather forecast. Top temps of 15C
I used to post in Kelvin, just because I was bored with the conversion.
I still use Imperial measures in many areas though Celsius works fine for me.
A fine patch ATM and a top of 21C today and an absolutely gorgeous morning today.
Had to turn the heat on last night, as we dropped to 43°/6° last night. Beautiful sunny day, topped out at 71°/21°.
It's another dark dank rainy day here albeit a tad warmer than yesterday at 14C, Always the case when there's a pile of laundry to be done. It's getting to that time of year when it's pointless pegging washing out on the line as the air is so damp they just don't dry. I hate listening to that infernal tumble drier all day.
A crisp autumn morning, and we really don’t get many of those. Had to turn the heat on low on Saturday night as it dropped to 43°/6°. And I’m proud to say I typed the 6° before looking it up. Seems the Aplin System for Configuring Global Temperatures is paying off!
I'm going to relish the fact that the full sun midday temp isn't over 80°F for the first time in months.
It's a right miserable dark dank heavy rainy day here. It's been raining for most of the night too with lots of standing water about, It's about an 1/2" from coming into the garage again.
It ain't sunny here It's dark, dank & still bleddy raining with a high of 12C.
Good to hear that Lancs is back to it’s usual weather!
23C here today, dry and 100% humidity!
We had a sunny day with up to 21°C, in late afternoon it's starting to rain
Well, today started out as a good day until my full moon luck kicked in. I was sorting the caps and resistors for what should have been today's copium pedal project and discovered two missing resistors and a missing capacitor. Of course, they were of specs that I don't keep on hand - so I have to wait while the spares arrive.
I'll certainly have spares for next time. 98 resistors and 9 capacitors worth.
On the bright side, the guitar I pre-ordered back in January finally arrived at Sweetwater. So that's cool.
Lovely clear sunny morning here albeit cold with a heavy dew covering everything, 12C top temp today. I'm sat in the conservatory watching the sparrows feeding on the bird feeders whilst having soft boiled eggs for brekkie
Ha! A couple of googs and soldiers!
Mostly cloudy, but a sunroof open day at 72°/22°.
24C today and a pretty morning so far, very much a spring day!
Minnesota dreaming on such a hot ass day....
