I'm in the market for a new Sheraton ii Pro and would appreciate some thoughts from owners
regarding the Chinese QC and any issues you have had regardiing playability as well as cosmetic.
You inputs will be greatly appreciated!

I have several Chinese made Epiphones that are sweet sounding great looking and playing guitars. CNC machines know no national affiliation.

I own three Chinese built Epiphones including: a hollow body Casino, a semi hollow body ES 339 P90 Pro, and a '56 LP Gold Top Tribute. I've also owned three others: an ES 339 Pro, a Lucille, and a Koren built Sheraton II.

They have all been great playing guitars. In fact I even had a buddy offer me $100 more for the ES 339 Pro than I paid for it because he liked it better than his Gibson version. He's also wanted my Casino and he's a huge Gibson guy.

IMHO and IME the hollow and semi-hollow builds Epiphone is getting from their Chinese plant are some of the best values out there. From pickups to build quality they are very good models for a fraction of what a similar Gibson runs.
