My 90s MIJ Strat. It spent time underwater in a flood. Many years later, I coverted the Floyd Rose route to a vintage style trem and refinished with ReRanch rattle can sherwood green. I also included a "before" shot of the body.

Nice job on the conversion! Though, I am partial to Floyd Rose bridges, but thats just me. What did you do about the locknut?

Thanks for the compliment. The neck was trashed due to the flood so I bought a Warmoth neck when I refinished the body.

I see. Now it is a "proper" strat. Looks great and the color is amazing!

Here is my 1999 Kramer Striker FR-422SM. This is the first year that Gibson owned Kramer. These were made at the Samick factory in Korea along side some of our favorite Epis. It was originally metallic blue. I stripped the paint and tung oiled it. Its a great player!

I completely redid the Washburn inside & out. it was a rescue guitar (freebie) w/ serious body damage, frozen pots,no bridge/tailpiece,no nut, dead bridge pickup,& about 1/4" of old Pledge on the fretboard.

necro thread :ohno:
Good thread to zombie up.

Photo taken just after putting it back together. Not stringed yet. Body refinished. Whole neck, headstock and fretboard, dulled up with Scotch Brite. Massive body and neck on this Jay Turser JT300 Vintage.

Stripped, routed for a P90 and Fender style bridge replaced with a wraparound. This one suffered, but it's now a sweet thing. First Act ME951.

P90 heaven thanks to Sanford Magnetics. This thing can sound like a piano or an angry dog, at the turn of a knob. I love the neck on this little PRS SE Soapbar.
