Because the original is not always the best version in my opinion. Also sometimes a song gets covered so often that you lose track of who wrote the original.

This is not the original but a very early version from back in the 20's, might sound familiar.


I prefer this more well known version

It had been quite a while since i last listened to them to be honest.. I nearly forgot about them... I came across this video when going to the earliest favourited video''s on youtube.
I must have one or 2 CD's somewhere but i can't remember where i put them

Live studio one-take of probably one of the most iconic cartoon songs in the last 20 years... Esp. with the internet and all, I'm sure even those that grew up with "Ash" (EN ver. of Satoshi) would've at least heard snippets of this once. Why now? Because Satoshi (Ash)'s on-screen journey finally ends in a week or so.
