Like the guy at GC told me when I asked him about the large inventory of used Squier Strats in the pawn shops, “That’s the one upside of living in a town with a meth problem...”.

Hmm it's sad, but makes sense. Idk I would never thought to part with a guitar of mine.
I cannot decide if it's part of my character, or the fact that such things don't come easy for me.

So, there's a chance that whatever guitar you don't buy will eventually reappear at another pawn shop. I still think you should take the "white whale" out of circulation and save some money until the others show up again; they may even be cheaper than they are now.

I was out of town at the end of last week so, I didn't have to make a decision, since I wasn't there. I just found out today that the pawn shop is going out of business, so I should be able to cut a better deal and maybe get both after all. I'm going to stop by there tomorrow and feel them out.

I know, right? He didn't say it jovially...He was quite sheepish when he said it.

You know stuff is bad when even the pawn shop shuts down.

Sioux Falls has a lot of pawn shops. This particular one is part of a chain which is having financial problems. Word is that another pawn shop in town is going to open a second location in the vacated building.

Hmm, might make sense for them to try and buy the stock too. Get those axes if you can!
